Xoriatmike didnt meet the age requirement of Tyrs Paladium but other than that this 17 year old sounds like he has his act together!
Here's the application... who'd like to pick him up for their guild!?
Member Name Xoriatmike
Are you at least 30 years of age (exceptions may be made for those younger, on a case by case basis, so just be honest!) Currently am 17 years old.
If you have a forum name on the official DDO forums, please provide it. N/a
What Town/Nation do you live, and what are your typical times of the day/night that you get to play? Currently in Waldorf Maryland and as of now playtime is pretty much whenever i can spare time. Average sitting is usually an hour or two if i find a group. If not time maybe as low as 10 minutes.
How would you best describe your playstyle while in party with others? Playstyle wise i've always loved support roles and indirect DPS boosting. Tanking is something i've wished to learn and would love to roll a stout little guy for. Currently trying to build up a CC Para Arrow Monkcher to party in Reaper with an early models have done R3->5 Successfully creating helpless enemies. Just love the survive-ability as well as Sneak attack dmg/ helping out my fellow rogues get in the mix if they so wish. I'll play almost anything aside from a Pure caster ? And that's on a case to case basis. Looking into party dynamics slow and steady works best and i have no qualms about running stones or buffing everyone when necessary.
Why would you like to join Tyrs Paladium? Honestly, I've been playing for quite a few many years (about 5-6 years ago) and i started out with my Dad. I took the time to learn and start creating builds as a fun hobby but never really had a group of more experienced or willing players even to run with. Currently would love to run and assist those who i know are active in the community and I've been looking for quite some time to find a community such as this.
What are your expectations as a member of Tyrs Paladium? Expectations for myself ? Simply to be able to join in on quests, abide by your very straightforward and easily acceptable rules and most of all help out where i can. In all its just a game to enjoy. Expectations for others are not very high ? Honestly looking for honest grouping and to make a few friends along the way. I don't seek much else.
Please tell us a little about yourself and your prior gaming experience. I've been gaming with my dad and family ever since i was old enough to hold a controller (whether it was plugged in or not was a different story). Always loved a good challenge and played many RPGs.
Briefly describe your most memorable moment while gaming. Probably at the age of 8 when i began to slowly start beating my dad at Street Fighter. Holy hell did it feel good as i had to learn the hard way. No going easy on me. Many times playing was 15-20 rounds of getting my ass handed to me slowly learning until i got better. Felt good to see my dad turn slightly red at losing but overall was pretty good. Other memorable moments were just some arcade stuff, beating Guantlent and more.
How did you hear about Tyrs Paladium? Googling the hell out of still active guilds. So lots of searching and a bit of hearsay.
Do you agree to abide by our Guild Rules? Absolutely.
List any other significant information here to be considered. Honestly, not much to be said. If you have any questions i'll happily answer via email or ingame mail even. (Yes i still use the floaty "DDO Points Earned" message storage to check up on a few people.) So just let me know and happy questing ! Don't let the Reapers stop the carnage.
Please name your characters you'd like in game invites for... Crityme
I saw you looking for a guild the other day (on the Who tab) and almost shot you a message. What stopped me? you said you were looking for am active guild with plenty of members IIRC, and although my guild has 40 active accounts there can be times when you're the only member online - so I didn't want you to be disappointed.
However, we are a helpful & friendly bunch, that's pretty much our only rule - that and No Random Invites, so we can stay helpful and friendly.
We are Fellowship members, and joining our ranks would give you access to all fellowship benefits immediately.
We raid regularly, 3 or 4 nights a week and invites are open to all fellowship members, regardless of raiding experience. The raids we run follow fellowship rules - No-Zerg, No-Drama & no one gets left behind (unless they say it's ok and they will catch up).
So while we may not be the most active of guilds ALL the time, we are very active within the fellowship. If you would like to try us out and think you can stick to our 2 golden rules (see above) let me know or shoot a tell to anyone in Sons of Ares who is online and they will let me know.
